Our book was designed because, as an Entrepreneur & Creative, We think like the speed of light, our brains are thought and Idea generating machines. In order to reduce the mental space we use. We have to clear our heads and organize our thoughts regularly. I came up with " The Busy Mindz Workbook" concept Because I struggled with a cluttered mind because I am a constant thinker! However, a clear thought space is just as important as an organized work space. Thus, working and functioning at an optimum level you need mental clarity.
